The Agreement Between You and Us

After placing an order through our website, you will see in your account profile online how much you will be charged before your first delivery. Your order is considered final 7 days prior to your delivery date.

Coupons/Coupon Codes/Gift Cards

We may offer discount promotions, gift cards, or any other type of voucher which are required to be activated by online application in order for the holder to commence delivery of products through our service. If paid for, the voucher is deemed to have been sold at the time of payment for it. Consumer Rights

If you are placing an order with us as a consumer, you may cancel a contract at any time 7 days prior to the delivery date, and you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refunds policy.
To cancel an order, you can email simplydeliciousdinners@outlook.com or call 908-300-2087 stating that you wish to cancel your order and provide your full name and registered email address.

Risk and Title

The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
You, and not Simply Delicious Dinners, are solely responsible for the proper storage and cooking of the Products. By ordering any of our products, you agree to use our services and products at your own risk.

Price and Payment

The price of the products will be as quoted on our website, except in cases of obvious error.
Product prices include any applicable taxes.
Product prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders where a confirmation has already been sent.
